About Roxy
Hi, I'm Roxy L. Wilder.
Like many women navigating menopause, I found myself forgetting why I walked into rooms, losing my train of thought mid-sentence, overheating for no apparent reason, and wondering if my brain had quietly packed its bags and left without me.
Some days were frustrating.
Some days were hilarious.
Most days were both.
That's how the FKMP Series was born.
What started as a way to laugh through the chaos quickly became a mission: to create books that help women stay mentally active, laugh at the absurdity of it all, and remember that they're definitely not alone.
Because menopause isn't just hot flashes and brain fog.
It's resilience.
It's reinvention.
It's learning to give yourself grace when your body decides to make up new rules.
Through puzzles, brain games, humor, relatable characters, and a healthy dose of sarcasm, my goal is simple:
Help women laugh more, stress less, and survive the chaos one page at a time.
When I'm not creating puzzle books, I'm probably juggling too many projects, making lists I may or may not remember to look at later, and reminding myself that "I'll do it tomorrow" is sometimes a perfectly reasonable life strategy.
Welcome to the chaos.
You're among friends here.
